Abstract
In the context of innovative socio-cultural challenges, society and the state are forming a demand for training a competitive specialist in the labor market. Transformations associated with European integration, positive results of educational reforms, and increased competitiveness of the economy require the creation of a modern environment of vocational education and an effective system of training workers for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Professional development of methodologists of educational and methodological centers (cabinets) of vocational and technical education (NMC (NMK) PTE) is a necessary condition for achieving the quality of educational processes in today's changing conditions, a balance between flexibility and stability, creativity and effectiveness. The purpose of the educational and professional program of advanced training "Professional development of methodologists of educational and methodological centers (cabinets) of vocational and technical education in the conditions of socio-cultural and educational challenges" is to develop integral, key, general and professional competencies of methodologists of NMC (NMK) VET, which ensure the effectiveness of their professional activities and contribute to continuous professional and personal development through formal, non-formal and informal education in the conditions of social transformations and European integration processes in education. The program contains a set of educational components, in particular content modules, variable modules (special courses), etc., aimed at achieving certain learning outcomes. It is used in the process of: internal and external quality control of advanced training; development and adjustment of educational and work curricula and programs; determination of professional competence profiles in accordance with the Classifier of Occupations of Employees by Category; development of assessment tools (identification of competencies and measurement of learning outcomes) of students.
