Abstract

The guide to implementing the Third Mission of universities highlights key aspects of implementing the Third Mission: strategic planning, organizational models, stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation of social impact. The document is based on European experience and Ukrainian practices, demonstrating how universities are able to adapt global approaches to the local context, promote sustainable development, support communities and ensure innovative transformations. The guide was created within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 UNICOM project “Universities-Communities: Strengthening Cooperation” 10108307 – UNICOM – ERASMUS-EDU-2022- CBHE and is intended primarily for universities that seek to systematically develop their Third Mission.
