Abstract
The collection is based on the materials of the participants of the 10th International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference "Psychological and Pedagogical Aspects of Adult Education in the System of Continuing Education". The co-organizers of the conference were: the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Lomza (Poland), the Branch of JSC "NCPC "Orleu" of the Institute for Advanced Training of Pedagogical Workers in Zhambyl Region (Kazakhstan), the Tbilisi Center for Training and Retraining of Motor Vehicle Drivers (Georgia), the National University "Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic", the University of Grigory Skovoroda in Pereyaslav, the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management of Mariupol State University (Kyiv), the Melitopol State Pedagogical University named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky (Zaporizhzhya). During the conference, topical issues of developing psychological and pedagogical competencies of teaching staff under martial law, analysis of foreign approaches to training specialists capable of competing in the modern labor market, formation of an innovative culture in the system of continuous education, improvement of the educational process based on personally oriented and self-managed learning, introduction of digital technologies into professional development of teachers, modernization of models of advanced training and provision of psychological support for the adult population were discussed. The materials contained in this collection will be useful for teachers, students, doctoral students, young researchers and all those interested in professional development and education of modern, competent specialists. The collection is compiled on the basis of ready-made materials provided by the authors.
