Abstract

The article highlights the main forms and methods of work within the technology of forming family-oriented expectations of student youth during wartime. Within the framework of the pilot program “Responsible Future: «My Family», such forms and methods of work are examined and analyzed as: psychological training with elements of art therapy; group discussion using the «value lines» technique; role playing game «Building Interaction»; debate «Who Has More Responsibility?»; interactive exercise «Role Distribution in a Couple»; case method «Analysis of Family and Legal Situations»; and simulation game «Family Budget». The article also analyzes the forms and methods of psychological support, namely: individual counseling, group sessions, play-based methods, work with parents, and psychoeducation. The use of interactive forms — watching and analyzing feature films, discussing literary works and characters facing problems of family relationships — is considered effective. Psychological support for high school students in understanding the meaning of family is an essential condition for the development of their worldview, social maturity, and ability to build harmonious relationships in the future. A comprehensive approach that combines individual and group forms of work, cooperation with parents and teachers, creates a foundation for the conscious acceptance of family values as a life priority. The conditions for the effective implementation of the technology of socio-pedagogical support include: students’ psycho-emotional safety; the application of a systemic approach; teachers’ methodological and emotional readiness; and sensitivity to students’ individual experiences. It is necessary to take into account students’ personal and life contexts (displacement, loss, orphanhood), to formulate topics and tasks carefully, and to apply alternative approaches for students who are not ready for open discussion (for instance, through art-based reflection, empathy exercises, and positive examples from books or films).
