Abstract

The report examines the relevance of developing individual educational trajectories as an effective means of supporting and fostering gifted students in times of societal crises, particularly war. The advantages of a personalized learning approach are substantiated, including consideration of students’ interests, abilities, pace, and learning styles. The paper analyzes challenges faced by the educational environment in times of instability and outlines strategies for overcoming them through flexible learning pathway planning. Practical recommendations are presented for organizing individualized trajectories using modern digital technologies, mentorship, and psychological support. The importance of creating a supportive learning environment that promotes motivation, emotional well-being, and self-fulfillment of gifted students during a crisis is emphasized.
