Abstract

The theses address the issue of individualization of teaching psychological and pedagogical disciplines in the training of master’s degree students. Individualization is defined as a leading principle of organizing the educational process that takes into account learners’ individual characteristics. Its importance for the development of independence, creativity, professional motivation, and the formation of an individual learning style is substantiated. The role of psychological and pedagogical training as a component of professional competence is emphasized, and the possibilities of combining traditional and modern pedagogical technologies in implementing an individual approach are outlined.
