Most educational and scientific training programs for students of the second (masterʼs) level provide opportunities for students in the future to work not only in the field of their future profession, but also to obtain the qualification of a teacher – a teacher in the profession they master. The analysis of the state of development of the problem of individualization of education was carried out, which testifies to its relevance, the introduction of technologies of individualization of education into the educational process of a higher school increases the quality of applicantsʼ training of the second (masterʼs) level of higher education. It was concluded that the individualization of education contributes to the development and formation of personal qualities (professional and vital) of an individual. The individualization of education, its focus on the individual and the need to use various types of work in the educational process became the basis for the use of modern pedagogical technologies during the period students of the second (masterʼs) level of higher education training.
