Abstract

The activity of a modern specialist determines the special significance of socio-professional qualities that contribute to interpersonal and role interaction of the participants in the process. These include reflexivity, flexibility, empathy, sociability, the ability to cooperate, emotional curiosity. It has been established that the set of such qualities as reflexivity, flexibility, empathy, positive communication is formed on the basis of a significant interest in the partner, his activities, the desire to work together, to participate in a common cause. The ability to cooperate integrates and incorporates complex skills: to formulate one's point of view, to listen and hear others, to clarify the points of view of one's partners, to resolve disagreements through logical argumentation, not to translate logical disagreements into the realm of personal relationships, to encourage the activity of others and to show one's initiative in a timely manner; to provide emotional and meaningful support to those who need it; to give the other the opportunity to assert themselves, to try their hand at different types of activities; to take the other's position and coordinate different points of view, exchanging ideas; to take a dialogical, not a monological, position; to organically combine "role" and "interpersonal", business and human relationships.
