Abstract

The need to introduce qualified socio-psychological support for educational reforms by the teaching community and the public has been emphasised, which requires the development of specialised psychotechnological tools. It was noted that the use of socio-psychological technologies will facilitate the establishment of transparent communication between the stakeholders in the education reform process – schools, families and communities. It was observed that partnership-based interaction, as a psychological resource for establishing the communication process, differs from other types of interpersonal relationships and is characterised, primarily by activity, initiative, equality of partners, their independence, the consistency of decisions taken and the coordination of actions, the expression of one’s own position and the ability to cooperate with others.
