Abstract
The article reveals the topical problem of theoretical-methodological substantiation and practical implementation of socio-psychological assistance to children with special educational needs (SEN) in the context of overcoming anxiety and fears exacerbated by martial law. The starting theoretical point of the study was the analysis of the phenomenon of anticipation (G. Miskov, I. Batrachenko) as the ability to pro-active reflection of reality, the deformation of which in conditions of uncertainty leads to the formation of stable pathological anxiety states. The methodological basis of the work consists of the results of the author's empirical steps in measuring emotional reactions and analyzing the «Map of Fears», as well as a critical review of psychological screening tools. In particular, the author proved the limitations of using the HADS scale for the pediatric population with SEN in crisis conditions and emphasized the need to develop trauma-sensitive diagnostic protocols. The article integrates the works of leading Ukrainian scientists: issues of psychological safety and emotional stability (V. Kobylchenko, I. Omelchenko), strategies for supporting persons with SEN in crisis situations (S. Kulbida), as well as the specifics of remote assistance and the use of digital solutions for children with mental disabilities and ASD (N. Batasheva, A. Dushka) are considered. The scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of the «digital stabilization» model, where interactive platforms and digital resources are considered not only as learning tools but as a «safe space» for emotional relief, which allows minimizing sensory overload and social tension. Special attention is paid to sign language policy (S. Kulbida, G. Miskov) as a factor in creating a barrier-free communicative environment, which is a basic condition for reducing the level of anxiety in children with hearing impairments. The practical significance of the study lies in the systematization of calming techniques and digital tools that can be implemented in the work of practical psychologists and teachers of inclusive institutions. The synergy of traditional art-therapeutic methods and modern ICT tools is identified as the most effective way of rehabilitation and adaptation of a child with SEN in a transformed social space.
