Abstract
Among the important social issues that require urgent scientific solutions are questions related to the study of the socio-psychological conditions for enhancing the role of the family in the process of educational reform; the study of socio-psychological phenomena that have a significant impact on public opinion regarding the development of the education sector; the identification of different types of interaction between the family and the school; the development of socio-psychological strategies aimed at enhancing the role of the family as a bearer of public opinion on educational innovations. In this context, the issue of studying the socio-psychological characteristics of interaction between public opinion actors in the ‘family-school’ system becomes relevant.
