Abstract

"Regulations on the appeal of the procedure for conducting and results of control measures at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education" determine the procedure for appealing the results of the final control of higher education applicants, regulate the procedure for creating an appeal commission, determine the principles of its work, and the appeal procedure. The purpose of the appeal of the procedure for conducting and results of control measures is to protect the rights and interests of applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education by ensuring the avoidance of subjectivity and contradictions in the processes of assessing learning results. The procedure for appealing the results consists of three stages: filing a complaint, considering the complaint, and adopting and publishing the decision of the appeal commission. The procedure for appealing the assessment of a certification exam or master's qualification work is described. The features of considering appeals remotely are considered. The procedure for submitting and considering an appeal is published and brought to the attention of higher education applicants and teachers before the start of control measures.
