Abstract
The article presents the results of an empirical study on the implementation of personalized learning in the context of digital transformation of education in Ukraine. The aim of the research was to determine the level of teachers’ awareness of the concept of personalized learning, the specifics of its practical implementation, their attitudes toward the role of digital technologies, as well as to identify key barriers and professional needs. The study was conducted in the form of an online survey involving 327 educators representing different levels of education. The findings indicate a high level of conceptual understanding of the personalized approach among respondents and a generally positive attitude toward its implementation. However, insufficient awareness of the regulatory framework and the presence of systemic barriers were identified, including excessive workload, lack of time, limited resources, and insufficient methodological support. The results confirm that digital technologies are perceived as an important supportive tool for personalization; nevertheless, their effectiveness depends on teachers’ methodological competence and the organization of the educational process. The study emphasizes the need for comprehensive methodological, organizational, and technological support for educators to ensure the systematic development of personalized learning in the context of digital educational transformations.
