Abstract

The paper examines key areas and innovative practices for integrating Ukraine's general secondary education into the European Education Area (EEA). It identifies the strategic role of harmonising legislation, modernising content based on a competence-based approach (EQF), and inclusive and digital transformation. Particular attention is paid to the professional development of teachers as agents of change, in particular through the use of micro-credentials and international mobility programmes (Erasmus+, eTwinning). The main challenges on the path to full integration are formulated and the irreversibility of the European integration course of the national education system is emphasised.
