Abstract

In today's reality, the issue of democratizing school education is becoming particularly relevant. The main task of this democratization is to create social and psychological conditions in the school environment that are conducive to the development of individuals capable of interacting on the basis of mutual respect, effective interpersonal communication, and cooperation.
