Abstract

The program is designed to develop the professional competencies of academic and teaching staff in the field of coaching and training. Based on the principles of andragogy, the curriculum covers the entire training cycle: from designing competency-based programs to managing group dynamics and mastering facilitation techniques. Special emphasis is placed on digital trainer competence—utilizing online tools to engage participants and evaluating learning outcomes in distance and blended formats. As a result of the training, participants will master micro-training methodologies, reflection tools, and feedback mechanisms, enabling them to operate effectively within the postgraduate education system.
