Abstract
The paper examines the forecasting of the synthesis of innovative pedagogical technologies and artificial intelligence resources as a basis for new professional development trajectories for higher education teachers. Forecasting approaches to planning continuing professional development under contemporary challenges are presented, with an emphasis on integrating project‑based learning, role‑playing, game design, problem‑based learning and the case method with AI resources. Pedagogical technology is considered as a scientifically grounded, staged and reproducible system of actions with clear operations, monitoring and correction procedures. It is substantiated that the technologization of the educational process implies a purposeful activity of all participants, clear phasing, reproducibility of results, scientific justification of methods and continuous operational feedback. Requirements for teacher competencies are analyzed: technical skills, critical thinking, ethical responsibility and the ability to interpret analytics. Managerial and regulatory conditions for algorithmic transparency, validation of automated conclusions and personalization of learning pathways are outlined. The importance of combining technical infrastructure, pedagogical expertise and ethical standards is emphasized.
