Abstract

The approaches that formed the basis for constructing the content of the specified program are characterized. As a result of a comparative analysis of existing model curricula in law, significant advantages of the program, the authors of which are O. Pometun, T. Remekh and L. Ryabovol, were noted. The following advantages were established: the content of the program is not overloaded; current achievements of legal science are taken into account, on the basis of which the content is consistently developed; the study of law is programmed as practice-oriented and interactive.
