Abstract

The paper substantiates the concept of motivational management of primary school students’ learning activity as a tool for fostering their agency and sustainable cognitive interest. The author emphasizes the priority of indirect methods of influence, the creation of choice-based learning situations, and the provision of emotional comfort as key conditions for stimulating students’ intrinsic motivation and self-regulation.
