Abstract
The article summarizes and classifies the formation of a value attitude towards health into two main approaches: creative and adaptive-situational, and defines their essence and content in the main characteristics. The problem field of the formation of a value attitude towards health in adolescents is outlined in the context of age characteristics, behavioral characteristics, challenges of the 21st century in the socialization of the growing personality and the system of general secondary education and extracurricular education in conditions of martial law. The modern content and methodological support of the process of forming a value attitude towards health in adolescents is analyzed using the example of model programs for students in grades 5-9 of general secondary education institutions, the format of online education, physical education, sports and health-improving areas of activity of extracurricular institutions of Ukraine, taking into account their specifics and activities, the potential of the subject-spatial environment, and its implementation. The commonality of their tasks in solving the problem of forming a value-based attitude to health in adolescents with the priority of creating safety conditions, strengthening preventive work, diversifying educational activities, active participation of adolescents in them, developing and implementing adaptive programs, creating a supportive environment, adhering to a holistic approach and systematicity in forming a value-based attitude to health in modern adolescents in the activities of general secondary education and extracurricular education as the main educational and developmental institutions in the community is highlighted. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the materials of the article to optimize value-oriented processes in educational institutions, promoting the ability of teaching staff of general secondary and extracurricular education institutions to quickly adapt educational and developmental programs to the new realities of life and respond to its challenges.
