Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of managing the self-educational activity of master’s students in social work in the context of the digital transformation of education, which necessitates adaptation to dynamic changes, the use of digital tools for professional development, and the formation of lifelong learning competence. The relevance of the topic is substantiated by the requirements of the professional standards «Social Work Specialist» and «Social Worker», which define self-education as a key competence (Z.05), as well as by the Higher Education Standard for specialty 231 «Social Work» for the second (master’s) level of higher education (2019), which emphasizes learner autonomy and the integration of digital technologies. The purpose of the article is to identify managerial mechanisms for supporting the self-educational activity of master’s students in social work and to determine the potential of digital educational tools. Self-educational activity is conceptualized as a purposeful and managed process that combines internal (self-management) and external (institutional) mechanisms, systematized across program-target, organizational-technological, motivational-stimulating, control-reflective, and adaptive dimensions. The study summarizes the possibilities of integrating digital platforms for social work, fundraising and crowdfunding services, massive open online courses, and artificial intelligence technologies as instruments of guided self-education. Matrices aligning these resources with the learning outcomes of master’s students in social work are proposed. It is concluded that effective management of the self-educational activity of master’s students in social work is based on the integration of institutional mechanisms, digital resources, and principles of academic integrity, ensuring sustainable professional development of specialists in a digital environment
