Abstract
The practical guide presents comprehensive methodological recommendations for the preparation, formatting, and public defense of final qualification papers by participants of professional development courses for pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions. The publication has been developed in accordance with current regulatory and legal documents in the field of vocational education, contemporary trends in the development of the educational environment, processes of digital transformation, the implementation of an inclusive approach, and an orientation toward the needs of the regional and national labor markets. The guide systematizes a recommended list of final paper topics for various categories of participants (directors, deputy directors, methodologists, teachers of vocational and theoretical training, masters of industrial training, senior masters, dormitory educators, social pedagogues, and practical psychologists of vocational education institutions). It also provides sample structures, indicative outlines, and step-by-step algorithms for completing the papers; defines requirements for their content, scope, formatting, use of academic and methodological apparatus; and specifies the criteria and procedures for public defense. Particular attention is paid to ensuring the practical orientation of final papers, integrating the results of participants’ own professional and managerial activities, and applying a competency-based approach, modern educational technologies, and digital tools in the process of preparing research outcomes. The materials of the guide are practice-oriented and aimed at establishing unified approaches to organizing and assessing the outcomes of professional development, improving the quality of final qualification papers, and developing the professional, managerial, methodological, and innovative competencies of pedagogical and managerial staff in vocational education institutions. The use of the guide contributes to enhancing educators’ academic and methodological culture, improving practices of self-analysis and professional reflection, and implementing the results of final papers in the operational activities of educational institutions. The practical guide is intended for directors and deputy directors of vocational education institutions, methodologists, teachers of vocational and theoretical training, masters and senior masters of industrial training, dormitory educators, social pedagogues, practical psychologists, as well as academic and pedagogical staff who provide scientific and methodological support for professional development programs.
