Abstract

Introduction. By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 21, 2023 No. 373-r, the Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2050 was approved. It reflects the goals of the European Green Deal and is based on the principles of an integrated approach to the formation and implementation of a policy of sustainable development of the economy of Ukraine, including in the energy sector. The goals set in the Strategy will be achieved through the development of modern and safe nuclear generation, renewable energy sources, modernization and automation of transmission and distribution systems. One of the main tasks of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine is to fulfill international obligations on energy efficiency. Thus, the issue of forming energy-efficient competence of future qualified workers in various sectors of the economy for the post-war "green" reconstruction of Ukraine is relevant. The aim of the article is to develop a model for forming energy-efficient competence of future construction industry workers. Methods. Analysis of scientific psychological and pedagogical literature, state acts on energy conservation, analogy, induction, deduction, synthesis and pedagogical modeling. Results. The article develops a pedagogical model for the formation of energy-efficient competence of future qualified workers in the construction industry, which has the following hierarchically structured blocks: target, methodological, content, educational-modeled and result-based-evaluation. The structure of the target block includes two components - the goal and tasks of the formation of energy-efficient competence. The methodological block of the model contains principles (general: scientificity, consciousness and activity, connection of theory with practice, clarity, thoroughness, systematicity and consistency, accessibility, intelligibility of teaching and specific: problematic nature, interdisciplinary nature, individual educational trajectory, activity-based learning) and scientific approaches (systemic, activity-based, prognostic, competency-based, technological, contextual) that determine the general strategy of competency-based training of specialists in vocational education institutions in the construction industry. The content block includes the structure of energy-efficient competence: value-motivational, information-cognitive, organizational-activity, personal-reflective components. In the educational-modeled block, the formation of energy-efficient competence of future qualified workers in the construction industry is carried out in the following sequential stages: value-motivational; formative-technological and reflexive-corrective. The result-corrective block of the model is designed to evaluate and correct the results of the targeted formation of energy-efficient competence of future qualified workers in the construction industry. Accordingly, four criteria for assessing the levels of formation of this personality property are allocated to the components of energy-efficient competence: motivational, cognitive, activity, reflexive with corresponding indicators that characterize three levels of development of the studied personality phenomenon (high, medium, low). Originality. Based on the analysis of scientific psychological and pedagogical literature, state acts on energy saving, using analogy, induction, deduction, synthesis and pedagogical modeling, a model for the formation of energy-efficient competence of future qualified workers in the construction industry has been developed, which reflects the ideal project of the educational process of forming this competence, systematizes conceptual, theoretical and methodological knowledge for the purpose of professional growth of future qualified workers in the construction industry for the post-war "green" reconstruction of Ukraine. Conclusion. Thus, the created model reflects the ideal design of the educational process for the formation of energy-efficient competence, organizes conceptual, theoretical and methodological knowledge for the purpose of professional growth of future qualified workers in the construction industry.
