Abstract

The practical guide examines the procedure for preparing, designing and defending a final thesis for teachers of professional and theoretical training, masters of industrial training, senior masters, methodologists, practical psychologists, social educators, dormitory teachers, deputy directors, directors of vocational education institutions who improve their qualifications through correspondence and distance learning forms of study on the basis of the Belotserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the Higher Educational Institution "University of Educational Management" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The content of this publication presents a recommended list of topics for final thesis, an approximate plan for their implementation and a list of literary sources that will be useful when completing final thesis in the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Management. The practical guide may be useful for teachers of vocational theoretical training, masters of industrial training, senior masters, methodologists, practical psychologists, social educators, dormitory teachers, deputy directors, directors of vocational education institutions at the distance stage of advanced training when completing their final thesis.
