Abstract
The article examines the challenges facing the development of modern domestic education in the context of contemporary global changes. It demonstrates that the phenomenon of foresight – reflecting the highest alignment of specific spheres of life with societal demands – has become a crucial tool for analyzing the prospects of the education system’s development. Based on expert assessments, foresight factors are condi-tionally categorized into three groups: opportunities, threats, and challenges. Among these foresight factors is the implementation of the concept of continuous education in social practice, which involves the ongoing acquisition of new knowledge, information technologies, and digital tools by each individual. The article emphasizes the importance of applying foresight practices within net-work-based forms of education, which facilitate dynamic academic mobility for both scientific-pedagogical staff and students. It is noted that the development of educational programs should consider the psychological typologies of specific students, as this significantly improves the quality of education and ensures a deeper understanding of the processes occurring across geopolitical, geoeconomic, and socio-cultural spheres. The essence of the modern Ukrainian education system is highlighted as enabling individuals to fully develop their talents and creative abilities, thereby promoting their successful realization. The shift towards a humanitarian methodology and its practical application in cognition and educational activities is explored through subject-object relations. This humanitarian approach allows for a deeper understanding of the modern human being, whose development is closely linked to fulfilling communicative and cognitive needs within the context of an information- and digitally-driven reality – an era defined by intelligence, creativity, and knowledge.
