Abstract

The purpose of the study: to determine the psychological characteristics and develop means of developing the social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions. One of the tasks of the study is to develop and test a program for developing the civic identity of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions. The purpose of developing this training program is to develop the social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions on the basis of existential psychology and parable therapy. The content of this training program reflects modern trends in the development of social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions, contains information on the essence of this phenomenon, methods of organizing and conducting training sessions in a modern vocational education institution on the basis of a competency-based approach.
