Abstract

The development of career competence of future bachelors in business economics in the training process, which requires innovative, practice-oriented educational strategies, is considered. The modern approaches presented emphasize active learning through problem- and project-based tasks, often involving real-life business scenarios and collaboration with industry partners. Simulations, case studies, and entrepreneurship incubators promote the development of strategic thinking, creativity, and decision-making skills, while internships and cooperative education provide practical experience and professional recognition. Digital tools and online platforms play an important role, allowing students to earn micro-credentials, build professional portfolios, and participate in global virtual internships. Mentoring programs and soft skills workshops further support personal and career development by improving communication skills, leadership qualities, and adaptability.
