Abstract
The modern labor market is characterized by rapid technological progress, globalization, digital transformation, and the growing importance of flexibility and lifelong learning. Employers' requirements for the professional competence of candidates for higher professional education have changed significantly. The emphasis is on the fact that today's employees must demonstrate not only specialized knowledge in their chosen professional field, but also a set of universal and transferable competencies that enable them to successfully adapt to a dynamic economic environment and continuously grow professionally. Employers expect graduates to have a balanced combination of professional, cognitive, digital, and personal qualities that reflect a readiness for independent decision-making, innovative thinking, and effective collaboration. In addition, modern specialists must demonstrate a high level of adaptability, creativity, and initiative, as well as a willingness to master new technologies and tools relevant to their field of activity.
