Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive methodology for career counseling of vocational education students implemented in career centers. The methodology is conceptualized as a multistage psychological and pedagogical process comprising theoretical, diagnostic, practical, and reflective-analytical phases. Each stage’s goals, tasks, content, forms of work, and expected outcomes are outlined. Particular attention is paid to developing students’ career competence, self-presentation skills, career trajectory planning, psychodiagnostics, and reflective practices. Conditions for effective functioning of career centers and professional requirements for career counselors are identified. The proposed methodology provides integrated support for future specialists and enhances their career self- identification and readiness for informed career decision-making.
