Abstract

In order to develop the social responsibility of pedagogical workers, the department has developed an appropriate training and development program. The content of this training program reflects current trends in the development of social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions, contains information on the essence of this phenomenon, methods of organizing and conducting training sessions in a modern vocational education institution based on a competency-based approach. The main provisions of this training program are both scientifically and methodologically oriented and are designed to contribute to a clearer and more systematic understanding of the methodology for developing social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions. The materials of this training program will be useful to pedagogical workers and heads of vocational education institutions, primarily social educators and psychologists.
