Abstract

The article proposes a theoretical model of a system of vocational guidance and career counseling for students of vocational (vocational-technical) and pre-higher education, focused on the integration of socio-economic and pedagogical dimensions. The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the model at the national, institutional, and individual levels are substantiated. It is shown that the implementation of the model contributes to the improvement of professional competencies, career motivation, and competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. The proposed approaches can serve as a methodological basis for optimizing the career guidance system in the conditions of the modern labor market.
