Abstract
This study guide provides a comprehensive overview of the key aspects of instructional design and the organization of the educational process. The publication serves as methodological support for such educational components as "Pedagogical Technologies in Higher Education" (Master's level) and "Pedagogy of Higher Education" (Doctoral/PhD level) within the specialty E 4 Earth Sciences, as well as for other fields of study. Furthermore, it can serve as a foundation for optimizing individual learning strategies. The guide consists of three chapters, conclusions for each chapter, self-assessment tools, general conclusions, a list of references, and appendices.
