Abstract

The article analyses the construction specialists’ training for the introduction of energy-efficient materials, considering the reconstruction of Ukraine and European standards. Based on international experience and requirements of EPBD 2024 it has been substantiates the integration of knowledge about such materials into curricula. Modular training is proposed, considering the properties of materials, technologies, life cycle and digitalization of the industry, as well as recommendations for creating a national strategy for staff’s training.
