Abstract

The work program of the academic discipline "Pedagogical Mastery and Professional Ethics" is compiled in accordance with the curriculum of the educational and professional program "Higher School Pedagogy" of the specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences, field of knowledge 01 Education/Pedagogy. The main goal of studying the discipline "Pedagogical Mastery and Professional Ethics" is to understand the essence of pedagogical mastery, professionalism (professionalism of activity and personality), professional ethics and to stimulate the need for professional self-development in their achievement, to form a readiness to organize skillful pedagogical activity in higher education institutions.
