Abstract
The work program of the academic discipline "Intellectual Property" is compiled in accordance with the curriculum of the educational and professional program "Higher School Pedagogy" of the specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences, field of knowledge 01 Education/Pedagogy. The purpose of studying the academic discipline is to form in students an understanding of legal regulations regarding lawful behavior in the field of exercising and protecting intellectual property rights, to help students master the basic theoretical provisions and develop the necessary practical skills that allow them to increase the effectiveness of protecting scientific intellectual rights, to master the basic theoretical and methodological principles of regulating intellectual property relations in a market economy.
