Abstract

The article investigates the problem of using a technological approach in the development of professional competence of pedagogical workers of professional colleges. The features are given, the structure, principles, and features of programmed learning as the original concept of technological organization of the educational process are characterized. Based on the generic and specific features, a definition of the concept of «pedagogical technology for the development of professional competence of pedagogical workers of professional colleges» is formulated.
