Abstract

Based on the analysis of modern challenges of the war and post-war period, the forms of development of professional competence of pedagogical workers of professional colleges are considered. The content of transformations in the system of advanced training, which are determined by the need to ensure the sustainability of the educational process, psychological support and digitalization of learning, is revealed. The effectiveness of the use of coaching technologies, tutoring support, distance and blended learning formats as means of professional growth of teachers is substantiated. The importance of self-reflection, civic and patriotic education and social activity of teachers in strengthening the educational environment in times of crisis is highlighted.
