Abstract

The collection of materials of the 20th All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical (Reporting) Conference “Scientific and Methodological Support of Vocational Education and Training” presents the results of scientific research and practical developments aimed at addressing актуальні challenges in the development of vocational education in Ukraine under contemporary conditions. The publications highlight key trends in comparative pedagogy, European strategies, and aspects that are crucial for Ukraine in ensuring the quality of vocational education. Particular attention is paid to the digital transformation of vocational education, including the implementation of innovative technologies, artificial intelligence tools, and the development of educational ecosystems. A substantial section of the collection is devoted to the professional development of teaching staff in the system of professional pre-tertiary and vocational education, focusing on the specifics, forms, and adaptive technologies for developing teachers’ professional competence in the context of кризові and wartime challenges. The collection also presents research findings in the field of sectoral vocational training in the context of sustainable development and energy-efficient transformation, including the training of construction industry specialists for the implementation of energy-efficient and environmentally oriented technologies, as well as the development of human resources during wartime. Social and pedagogical dimensions of vocational education are examined, in particular issues of career development, integration, and personal resilience. The materials of the collection will be useful for researchers, educators, education administrators, business representatives, and all those interested in the modernization, innovative development, and improvement of the quality of vocational education in Ukraine.
