Abstract
The relevance of the course is determined by the need to develop the competences of a teacher in the field of psychology of professional activity to ensure and implement an effective educational process, update and deepen professional knowledge and skills in the field of psychology of professional activity, form a system of scientific theoretical knowledge on current psychological issues of organization and reliable activity in "person-person" systems. The goal is to deepen and systematize teachers' knowledge about the nature and regularities of the processes of development of the psyche of subjects of the educational process, improve opportunities in studying the personality of subjects of the educational process in the process of professional activity, about the psychological features of the psychology of professional activity, its content as the most conscious and subjective form of designing a person's future in the conditions of a person-centered paradigm of education. The electronic course is designed for teachers of professional and theoretical training of institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of advanced training courses using various models of training (full-time, part-time, full-time and distance learning, distance learning). The electronic training course is designed for 4 hours, of which 2 hours are an online lecture, 2 hours are a seminar class.
