Abstract

Lecture notes for the study of the academic discipline "Psychology of Mass Behavior" are compiled in accordance with the curriculum of the educational and professional program "Psychology" of specialty 053. The purpose of the publication is to master the theoretical foundations of the psychological features of the manifestation, patterns, mechanisms and phenomena of mass consciousness and behavior in the context of socio-historical and cultural conditions of the development of society; to familiarize students with the main mechanisms and methods of influencing the formation of masses, mass consciousness and behavior. The publication systematizes lecture material, which is offered for study and is related to the professional aspects of future specialists. The lecture material is aimed at forming the qualities and mental cognitive processes of students necessary for professional activity.
