Abstract
This methodological manual presents the methodological principles for realizing the personal potential of gifted students in science lyceums. It highlights the peculiarities of developing the leadership potential of a gifted individual as a key direction for realizing the personal potential of gifted students in science lyceums. The mental state is identified as a key factor in the well-being of a gifted individual's life path development, and aspects of forming a culture of mental health for gifted individuals are considered. The manual proposes and describes group work methods as well as individual tools and techniques for working with students to stabilize their psycho-emotional state and prevent neurotic and psychotic spectrum disorders. The methodological manual is addressed to practical psychologists, educators in educational institutions focused on the development of gifted youth, as well as researchers and postgraduate students.
