Abstract

The influence of the method of strengthening the emotional component of psychological well-being on the readiness of young students to counteract the threats of war was clarified. Comparing the results before and after the practical session, there was a redistribution of anxiety and depression indicators towards an increase in the percentage of low levels; there was a redistribution of optimism indicators regarding the future and its high level increased; there was also a redistribution of indicators of control over one's life with an increase in its high level; due to a decrease in the number and average levels; confidence in one's own thoughts and beliefs increased; there was also a positive dynamics of increasing confidence in one's knowledge and ability to apply them by young students to counteract real environmental and epidemic threats. In general, we should note the influence of the general psychological readiness of young students to counteract the threats of war on their specific readiness to counteract environmental and epidemic threats.
