Abstract

The practical manual is intended for psychologists, teachers, postgraduate students of psychological and pedagogical profile and administration of general secondary, vocational and higher education institutions. The first section of the manual is devoted to the analysis of the psychological features of pedagogical activity during the period of global world changes. The second section reveals the essence of the concept of psychological adaptation of the teacher's personality to world changes, to war, determining the features of psychotraumatization in extreme conditions of wartime, as well as highlighting the results of an empirical study of the state of psychological adaptation of Ukrainian pedagogical workers to world changes in wartime. The third section is devoted to highlighting the criteria of psychological health of the individual, as well as the results of a study of the state of psychological health of modern pedagogical workers during wartime and establishing the psychological patterns of the influence of the teacher's psychological health on the state of his socio-psychological adaptability. The fourth section proposes the directions and system of psychological support for the activities of pedagogical workers during the war and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The implementation of the scientific achievements set out in the manual into the practice of psychological services of social service institutions and secondary and higher education institutions will provide psychological and pedagogical workers with the means of psychological support, which will contribute to the prevention and psychocorrection of post-stress mental disorders and the solution of a range of psychological problems of a person who has been in war conditions.
