Abstract

Collective analytical materials are devoted to the actual scientific and practical problem of pedagogical education: development of a system of psychological support of professional and pedagogical activity in the conditions of world changes, post-war reconstruction and European integration of Ukraine. The analytical materials highlight the actual problems of the professional activity of the teacher and the psychological aspects of the process of his self-realization. The content of the analytical materials will be of interest to psychologists, postgraduate students of psychological and pedagogical profile, pedagogical workers of preschool, general, vocational and higher education institutions. The first section is devoted to highlighting the theoretical and methodological foundations of the concept of psychological support of professional activity of pedagogical workers in post-war reconstruction and European integration of Ukraine. The second section of the analytical materials presents the results of an empirical study of the psychological features of the determinants of the personal development of the teacher as targets of psychological influence in the context of psychological support of pedagogical and professional activity. The third section presents innovative, effective and innovative means of psychological support for the professional activities of pedagogical workers: ways to overcome challenges and solve problems. Psychological support is designed to help pedagogical workers adapt to the conditions of world changes, post-war reconstruction and European integration of Ukraine in professional self-determination, harmonization of psychological health, and updating of personal resources.
