Abstract
Under martial law, there is a significant deformation of the professional activity and personality traits of pedagogical workers as the main subjects of education, who suffer both from direct stay in the frontline zone and in the rear. Various types of damage to the psyche of pedagogical workers require immediate measures to restore them, normalize them to the level of requirements of the new reality, new normality and the requirements of the corresponding reorientation of the activities of the psychological service. It is clear that educational institutions use the means available to them to restore the damaged professional activity of their employees, including those accumulated in the previous period of peacetime, during the pandemic and, at the same time, new means, forming a new experience of restoring education and professional activity and personality traits. This experience must be studied, generalized and disseminated in educational institutions, which forms the problem of our research.
