Abstract

In our opinion, the issues of increasing the effectiveness of existing means of educational, in particular sports activities, are relevant. Therefore, there is a need to clarify the methodological approach in educational and sports activities, as which we propose a personal-subject approach. This approach can be formed by integrating the personal approach with various variants of the subjective approach - the subjective-activity (S. L. Rubinstein), the subjective-action (V. O. Tatenko) and the subjective-civilizational (S. I. Pyrozhkov, N. V. Khamitov) approaches. The personal-subject approach is much more focused on the peak, acmeological achievements of a person in various areas of life, in particular sports, which is already at the educational and training stage characterized by the ability to work in extreme and competitive conditions.
