Abstract

When working on the restoration of a person’s professional activity, it is advisable to use specially emphasized means of awareness, reflection, self-development of a healthy, able-bodied person. These include socio-psychological, reflective, etc. trainings, in particular the reflective-historical-role training created by us. It involves a specially organized theatrical and pedagogical action, which includes the student’s choice of the most beloved scientist, a master of his craft, as a model for himself, entering into his role and reflective performance by him, based on knowledge of his achievements, of some functions, in particular, dialogue with other students who have chosen the roles of other outstanding personalities for themselves. Thus, the preservation of professionalism in wartime and post-war times requires, along with various measures, the restoration of the psychologically full-fledged activity of the individual, its development as a subject of productive professional work.
