Abstract
An adult personality (20-60 years old) differs significantly from a young personality in its properties. Considering the division of adulthood into two periods - early (20-40) and late (40-60), let us consider the period of late adulthood, when the development of the personality is characterized by a certain completeness, stability, level of sociability and individuality against the background of life, in particular professional achievements. In the case of receiving additional education during retraining or advanced training, additional changes occur in the quality of life, a certain higher level of well-being, education, family status, health, life expectancy, etc. is expected to be achieved. However, this period may also contain specific contradictions associated, for example, with the loss of loved ones, family conflicts, unemployment, the need to change professions, i.e. professional mobility, etc. Let us conduct a brief analysis of psychological changes and human capabilities in such cases in the context of receiving a personally oriented education and educational orientations, expectations of an adult personality.
