Abstract
In wartime, the psychological burden on all participants in the educational process increases significantly. Anxiety disorders have become a widespread challenge, impacting both the effectiveness of learning and mental health preservation. It is crucial for educators to acquire knowledge and practical skills in applying cognitive-behavioral approaches to prevent and manage anxiety and to create a safe and supportive learning environment. The course aims to equip vocational education teachers with theoretical foundations and practical techniques of cognitive-behavioral therapy that can be used to prevent and overcome anxiety disorders. The e-course is designed for VET instructors at all stages of professional development and in various learning formats (in-person, remote, blended).
