Abstract
The modern labor market in Ukraine is undergoing unprecedented changes under the influence of martial law. The disruption of logistical connections, the relocation of enterprises, the destruction of infrastructure facilities, and the change in economic priorities have led to a rapid transformation of the demand for labor-intensive professions. The need for specialists in the fields of energy, defense industry, construction, transport, logistics, IT services and life support has increased. In these conditions, the adult education system must ensure prompt and high-quality retraining of personnel to meet the needs of the economy and the country's recovery. Military actions led to sharp changes in the employment structure: a reduction in jobs in traditional industries and an increase in demand for professions that provide defense capabilities, engineering and technical support, and restoration work. At the same time, there is a significant shortage of qualified workers due to population migration, mobilization, and suspension of operations of individual enterprises.
